The Staff Requisition Form (SRF) is used by the manager to request the creation or revision of an engagement and for employees to work on the engagement. It contains information about the clients name and code, partner and manager name involved with the client, estimate Start date and End date, estimated hours, cost and the staff requirements.
The basis of Self Service Job Planning facility is the Staff Requisition Form (SRF). The SRF is completed by anybody requesting for the creation of an engagement and for staff to be assigned to this engagement. Also an SRF is used for requesting additional staff or making changes to existing engagements.
Following the creation of an SRF, this is then submitted. SRFs can be Revised and then Re-submitted if any changes are to be applied
To view your Staff Requisitions click on My Staff Requisitions under the My Tasks menu option.
You will be taken to the My Staff Requisitions page where you can select any one of your Staff Requisitions, by clicking on the specific Staff Requisition.
New Staff Requisition
To create a new Staff Requisition click on the New Form button from the left-hand side menu. This will create a new Staff Requisition.
