The Retention Tool Approval page allows authorised users to handle the administration of Retention Tool Forms that they are set as approvers. It can be accessed from the top menu by selecting Utilities and clicking on Retention Tool Approval.

 

In order to view the Retention Tool Forms of an employee, the user can use the search facility on the left-hand side of the page to search and select an employee. Clicking on the All Employees button will bring up all employees that report to you, while clicking on the Pending, Submitted, Approved, Unsubmitted button will bring up employees with pending, submitted, approved, unsubmitted Retention Tool Forms respectively. Alternatively you can use the textbox and button to search for a specific employee.

 

The user can then view the employee's Retention Tool Forms using the Pending, Submitted, Approved or Unsubmitted tabs.

 

 

To perform an action in each tab, first select a Retention Tool Form by clicking on it and then select an action (e.g. Approve). The following actions are available in each tab:
