This feature allows users to see gathered information of their subordinates, that may include Performance Review and Performance-Potential Matrix of their assessments.

 

To access it, select My Tasks from the top menu and then select My Team.

 

 

This will take you to the My Team page, where you will find a menu for Performance Review and Performance Potential Matrix.

 

Choose the information you wish to view for your subordinates and according to the menu you chose, e.g. assessment results, select an assessment form through the drop down list that will appear.

You can sort the employee information boxes in any order, by dragging and dropping.

 

 

If the assessment has final scores you can click the "View" image next to the section description to view the responses of the section for the respective employee.

 

 

Each subordinate employee will be displayed on the matrix as a red dot according to his/her taxonomy and you can see their name by hovering the dot.
