To view your available KPI's click on My KPI's under the My Tasks menu option.

 

 

 

This will take you to the My KPI's page where you will view any available Key Performance Indicators as shown below:

 

 

Types of KPI's

There are several different available types of KPI's depending on the company. Each employee can be assigned different KPI's or can be a member of a KPI group.

 

Each Key Performance Indicator can be categorised to:

 

1. Last year performance indicated with the dark blue colour -

 

2. Agreed performance indicated with the light blue colour -

 

3. Actual performance indicated with the light green colour -

 

4. Above target performance indicated with the dark green colour -
